Support
The four questions that come up most, and where to write when yours is not one of them.
The app is empty — where are the channels?
It arrives empty by design: it carries no channels of its own. Open Settings, add the playlist or Xtream portal your provider gave you, and press sync. A large catalogue takes a few minutes the first time.
A channel or film will not play
Try the other playback engine from the player's menu — some providers package streams the system player cannot open. If nothing plays at all, check the portal address and the login: many panels accept a login in any case when you sign in, but require the exact spelling when they hand out the stream.
My catalogue disappeared after a sync
It no longer can. A sync now builds the new catalogue beside the old one and swaps it in only when it is complete, so an interrupted sync — or a provider answering with an empty list — leaves what you already had in place. Press sync again when the connection is steady.
I paid, and the app still shows the free limits
Use Restore purchases on the subscription screen; entitlement is read from the store, not from a setting, so it comes back after a reinstall or on a second device signed in to the same store account. To cancel, use your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Cloud Sync → Delete account. Your playlists, favourites, viewing positions, watch history and paired devices are removed from the account for good; whatever is already on each device stays on it. If you no longer have the app installed, write to the address below from the account's own email address and ask.
Still stuck?
Write to support@itston.com and say which device, which version of the app, and what you saw. If it involves a provider, please do not send us your password — we never need it.
